Our website does not automatically remove an item when we are sold out, because we sell in our brick and mortar store as well as the internet. The 2 systems are not integrated.
Therefore, your order will be reviewed for out of stock items, etc and you will be notified by Email what items were shipped to you, your tracking #, total charge and any shipping charges that may apply.
CONDITION: All glassware is in excellent condition, unless noted AS IS in the description.
PAYMENT: You may pay by Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. If you wish to send a check or money order, please call us toll free to place your order @ 1-888-818-6861.
SHIPPING:
*UPS GROUND Shipping is FREE in the continental U.S. on all orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will be billed @ a flat rate of $9.50
All others destinations and shipping alternatives will be billed to the customer.
If you choose any other shipping option, or your order totals less than $100 shipping charges will apply!
The additional charges for upgraded shipping will be calculated after we review your order for item availability. and be based on actual cost.
We ship UPS , insured in the continental U.S. Thus it is important that you include your street address, not a PO Box because UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
All other destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii , are sent U.S.P.S. Priority Insured, or Global Priority if International at the customers' expense.
Return Policy: Returns will only be accepted if merchandise is not as described, with our label intact. We do not accept returns for any other reason. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if you wish to return. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item. Shipping costs incurred by Fenton's Collectibles to send the order to you will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return your order.
Damage: If your item is damages when you receive it, please contact us, not UPS. As the shipper, I must handle the claim. Please keep the box and all packing materials and broken item, as UPS may need to pick them up for inspection. Claims generally take 2-4 weeks to process.
