Ordering Information

FREE SHIPPING in the   U.S. on orders over $100

 

Our website does not automatically remove an item when we are sold out, because we sell in our brick and mortar store as well as the internet. The 2 systems are not integrated.

Therefore, your order will be reviewed for out of stock items, etc and you will be notified by Email  what items were shipped to you, your tracking #, total charge and any shipping charges that may apply.

CONDITION: All glassware is in excellent condition, unless noted AS IS in the description.

PAYMENT: You may pay by  Visa, Master Card,  Discover, or American Express. If you wish to send a check or money order, please call us toll free to place your order @ 1-888-818-6861. 

SHIPPING:

Ground shipping is a flat $7.50 per order in the continental U.S.  If an item is on backorder, we will hold the shipment until the backorder arrives.  We  ship UPS or USPS , whichever is least expensive. We will ship your order for free if it totals over $100 after any discounts are applied.

All others shipping alternatives ( second day air, next day air, etc) will be billed to  the customer.

All other destinations including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are sent U.S.P.S.  Priority Insured, or Global Priority if International at the customers' expense.

We prefer to ship UPS , insured in the continental U.S. Thus it is important that you include your street address, not a PO  Box because  UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Return Policy:   We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  But if you are not, for any reason, simply send it back within 14 days  of ordering for exchange or  refund of the item price.  Shipping charges if incurred, are non-refundable . Shipping expenses incurred by Fenton's Collectibles may be deducted from the refund amount. Our sticker must be intact on the piece for returns. We do not accept returns on clearance or sale items.

Damage: If your item is damages when you receive it, please contact us immediately. Please do not contact UPS/USPS.  We will  handle the claim. We will have the item picked up and returned to us. We will replace the item if we can,  or issue a refund if no replacement is available.  Please keep the box and all packing materials and broken item, as UPS will need to pick them up for inspection.

LAYAWAY POLICY

Under $100 ~ 1/2 Down ~ Balance due in 30 days

Over $100 ~ 1/3 Down ~ 1/3 payment due in 30 days ~ final 1/3 payment due in 60 days

We can make special arrangements for large purchases as well. Please call or Email if you need special terms. We are flexible!!
